Lori B. Ali is an executive coach and consultant with over fifteen years of diverse business and management experience. During her business career, she managed and developed talent and acted as a go-to trusted colleague and resource for challenging people problems. Lori has a gift of meeting individuals where they are, and understanding their perspective to motivate them from within.
Lori is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology’s graduate program in Executive Coaching. Her formal training – combined with her broad management experience – make her extremely well-suited to meet the needs of her coaching and consulting clients. Lori earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology at Hobart and William Smith.
Lori spent the majority of her early career days with the Advisory Board Company, overseeing its account management division and specializing in taking new products to market. After the Advisory Board, she served on the leadership team for several years at Outside The Classroom (now EverFi), as part of a change management effort to revamp the organization to help position it for acquisition. In her 10+ years at The Advisory Board and Outside The Classroom, Lori ran very high-performing account management teams -- turning around problem accounts, building cohesive and collaborative teams, building alignment between departments and motivating individuals and teams to work through all kinds of challenges. Prior to returning to school for executive coaching, Lori oversaw the launch of a separate Boston start-up called Mom.com, a subsidiary of CafeMom.

of human growth and development, and is now fully dedicated to executive coaching and consulting.
